At Caydance, we believe that fitness is for everyone and that it should be fun AND affordable, that's why we offer these amazing, energetic fitness classes to help you get fit - for both men and women! Dance Fitness classes are a great way to accomplish the following: boost your cardio, help you shed some unwanted pounds, tone your body, improve your posture, strengthen your core, reduce stress, increase your energy, build your confidence, and improve your coordination and flexibility. No dance experience is needed to get started on your way to a better you!
BeMoved® BeMoved is a fitness experience for people of all movement abilities. During a one-hour BeMoved Dance fitness class participants experience a wellbeing transformation. The Warm-Up infuses breath and movement through choreographed, artistic sequences that activate core strength and balance while improving flexibility and coordination. The Genre section of class uses continuous, engaging dance combinations to inspire anyone from first-time dancers to professionals. Finally, the Cool Down brings your workout full circle, leaving you balanced in mind, body and soul – feeling rejuvenated.
Hula DanceFit Polynesian Fitness Classes. Join Paul Tavai-Latta for a "Hula-va" time! A mix of low-impact Polynesian and Hawaiian dance moves to make sweat like it's the South Pacific!
"Dance the Digits and Sweat the Alphabet!" Bokwa is the latest Group Fitness craze to hit Canada and Caydance is the first to offer it here in the Tri-Cities, in the greater Vancouver area! With easy to learn steps that get you "drawing" letters of the alphabet with your feet using fun and energetic dance steps that will burn calories and get your cardio working! Zumba is our super-cardio fitness class that fuses Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves in one exciting session of calorie-burning, body-energizing movements. We offer lower impact beginner to more advanced classes.
Get your hips movin' to some great Latin sounds! LatinFit is a fun workout with moves based on actual Latin dance steps, meaning you learn to dance while getting fit!
Our Line Dance fitness class is a great way to get fit, strengthen the mind and just enjoy moving to the latest hit music and some classics!
Our BollyFit fitness class is an aerobics class based on actual Bollywood dance moves that gives you an amazing low-impact, high-cardio workout to some great high energy Indian music.
Hatha is a slower-paced practice that focuses on breathing and learning poses. Hatha yoga is a great way to learn; however, intermediate and advanced students can also push themselves by holding poses deeper and longer. Expect simple breathing exercises and possibly some seated meditation. Since Hatha can mean a lot of different things and classes will vary depending on your instructor, expect a bit of diversity when attending different Hatha classes. Must bring your own Yoga mat. PiYo Pilates & Yoga Fusion
Dig deep while building both your inner and outer strength. Yoga focuses on postural awareness, linking the components of strength, stretch, balance, and breathing. Leave the class with a cleansed body and a calm mind. Must bring your own Yoga mat. For men & women.
